How do I sign up for a course?

Where are the courses held?

Training courses are held at the Automotive Training Academy, located in The Woodlands, Texas and Chicago, Illinois. Occasionally, courses are held at pre-designated locations such as community colleges, hotel conference centers, or at state dealer association training facilities. To verify the location of your course, contact your local Dealership Development Manager or the Automotive Training Academy at 800.967.3633.

How do I pay for tuition?

Tuition can be paid by credit card through the online registration site or via a company check.

Is there a dress code?

Attire is business professional for both men and women.

Where do I obtain a registration packet after registering?

Course registration packet will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the registration form.

Are my hotel and travel arrangements included in the cost of tuition?

No, tuition does not include lodging or travel arrangements. Each dealership is responsible for any necessary arrangements. For courses held at the corporate training facility in The Woodlands, Texas or Chicago, Illinois, a room block with a corporate discounted rate is available. For more information on how to reserve your room, contact your local Dealership Development Manager or call the Automotive Training Academy at 800.967.3633. A credit card is mandatory to guarantee your reservation.

What should I do if an emergency arises and I am unable to attend class?

Contact the Automotive Training Academy at 800.967.3633 no less than three (3) business days prior to the first day of training. Cancellation of lodging and travel arrangements are the responsibility of the student.
