Receive MasterTech Rewards for all eligible MasterTech Performance Series, Recreational, Marine, and Powersport contracts sold by enrolling in the MasterTech Rewards program!
To begin earning MasterTech Rewards, click the "New Participant Enrollment" button below. After watching a short tutorial that explains the program guidelines you will be asked to complete an online enrollment form. All we need is your basic information, current dealer number(s), and a signed W-9 (this will automatically be provided to you after you submit your online enrollment). You will then be issued a unique ID# to write on all of your contracts. Be sure to write this on every contract you sell to receive MasterTech Rewards!

Does my recipient ID# have to be on all of the contracts to receive credit?
Yes! You MUST put your recipient ID# on EVERY contract in order to receive credit.

What happens if I forget to put my recipient ID# on the contracts I sold?
Once contracts are processed, we will not be able to award MasterTech Rewards for those contracts.

How often are MasterTech Rewards applied to the MasterTech Rewards card?
MasterTech Rewards are applied once a month, on or before the 15th of each month.

How soon will I receive credit for a sold contract?
MasterTech Rewards are awarded approximately 2 months after a contract is sold depending on the date the contract was remitted. (Ex: A contract sold in January will be funded in March.)

When will I have access to view the MasterTech Rewards on my card on the website?
Since the website requires you to login with your card number, you will have access to the website once you receive your card.

I just signed up, when will I receive my card?
Cards are sent out once a week and take 7-10 business days to ship.

Can I use the card in any or all of the stores listed on the website?
Yes! Your MasterTech Rewards card is used just like a reusable gift card. It will automatically deduct the amount from your card without allowing you to overdraw.

Who do I contact if I have any questions about my account?
The phone number for the Card Customer Service is 800-382-7092. This is a completely automated service where you can check your current MasterTech Rewards balance. The phone number is also conveniently located on the back of your MasterTech Rewards card. You can also contact the American Financial Marketing Department at 800-967-3633 if the Card Customer Service cannot answer your question.

What if I lose my MasterTech Rewards card?
Visit the MasterTech Rewards home page and click the "Lost Card Order Form" link. If you have any problems with this form, contact the American Financial Marketing Department at 800-967-3633. You will be issued a new MasterTech Rewards card to be delivered in 7-10 business days.

Is there a charge for a replacement card?
No, it is free to replace your card the first time!

I have not received my card yet.
Contact the American Financial Marketing Department at 800-967-3633. They will find out when one was issued and verify your address. They will also order you a new card if necessary.

Who do I contact if my address has changed?
Visit the MasterTech Rewards home page and click the "Information Change Form" link. You can also contact the Financial Marketing Department at 800-967-3633 to verify your changes were made.

I don't think I was funded enough MasterTech Rewards.
First, verify that you have written your recipient ID# on all of the contracts you submitted. Next, verify that the contracts were remitted by the deadline for that funding month. This is usually the 24th of each month. If there is still a discrepancy in the amount of MasterTech Rewards you have been funded, please complete the "Dispute Form" on the MasterTech Rewards home page, and you will be contacted by a member of the Marketing Department.

What should I do if I am employed by a different dealership now?
Visit the MasterTech Rewards Home page and click the "Information Change Form" link. You will be given the option to change your dealer number. You can also contact the Financial Marketing Department at 800-967-3633 to verify your changes were made.

I have moved to a different dealership, do I need to get a new card?
No. The MasterTech Rewards card is linked to you, not the dealership.

What if I work at more than one store?
Multiple stores can be added to your account when you sign up, if you want to add another store at any time you can click the "Information Change Form" link on the MasterTech Rewards home page. You will need to be signed up at a store to receive points there.

How many MasterTech Rewards is one contract worth?
All eligible contracts will be awarded a base amount of 3 MasterTech Rewards per contract. All MasterTech Rewards are subject to change and are adjusted regularly. Bonus MasterTech Rewards are available periodically.

How do I sign up for MasterTech Rewards?
Visit the MasterTech Rewards home page and click the "New Participant Enrollment" link, watch the online tutorial and follow the directions. The new enrollment form will pop up after the tutorial is finished.

What do I need to do if I have returned to a dealership I formerly worked for?
Visit the MasterTech Rewards home page and click the "Current Participant Tutorial" link, watch the online tutorial, and follow the directions.
