We are proud of this level of service and will do everything necessary to maintain it. We continuously evaluate our service level and make adjustments to ensure that we provide our clients with the best service available. We recently converted to a new computer system that enables us to provide an impressive new level of service to our clients and their customers. We will also continue to evaluate and add staff to handle any increase in business.
Our hours of operation for Claims and Customer Service are 7 AM to 6 PM CST Monday thru Friday. Business Processing and Cancellations are open 8 AM to 5 PM CST Monday thru Friday. |
